This website has no forms and does not use analytics, advertising cookies or trackers. Your browser keeps the player state (what you were listening to) locally; it is not sent to us. Like any website, our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and stability.
We receive personal data only if you write to us yourself, through Telegram, MAX or VK (including the SYNTHAZY AI chat): what you share (name, contact details, event date, place and details, your wishes). A voice message is converted to text.
To reply to you, suggest a format, estimate the cost, agree the terms and organise the event. The legal basis is your consent, which you give explicitly before any processing starts: by pressing “I agree” in the Telegram bot (shown with links to this policy), by replying “yes” in MAX and VK, or by ticking the consent box in the booking app.
Booking records and conversations are stored in a database on a hosting provider in the Russian Federation (Jino). Messages from the Telegram bot are processed on our server in the Netherlands. To answer questions with artificial intelligence and to recognise voice messages, the text of your messages (for voice, the audio) is sent to Groq (USA); we deliberately do not send your name or phone number, but you may type them in a message yourself. In MAX and VK, phone numbers and e-mail addresses in the text are masked before sending.
Recipients and processors: Telegram, MAX and VK (messengers, under their own rules); Groq (USA) for AI replies and voice recognition; Jino (hosting). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Messages and booking details are kept for 1 year after your last contact, then deleted or anonymised automatically (messages and drafts are deleted; name, phone and other personal details in bookings are erased), or earlier if you withdraw your consent. A booking that is still in progress is needed to run the event and is anonymised when the retention period after the event ends (earlier on request).
You can ask what data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent by writing to synthazy@ya.ru or in the messenger where you contacted us. In the Telegram bot you can also delete your data with the /delete command. We reply to requests within 10 working days (extendable by up to 5 working days with notice); after you withdraw consent, processing stops and the data is deleted within 30 days.
Data moves between our services over HTTPS; staff access is limited by role and each service has its own access key; actions on data are logged without recording the personal data itself; the main database is located in the Russian Federation.
